WHY IT MATTERED

Not a side room.
The whole night.

In 2004, most plus-size social events felt like an afterthought. Ample Beauties put the community at the center: a full nightclub atmosphere, hotel rooms upstairs and a crowd that knew exactly why it was there.

The calendar grew from Connecticut dance parties into anniversary productions, Halloween weekends, pool parties, karaoke nights, comedy, live bands, dating games and a Bermuda cruise. The name evolved to Club Ample. The promise stayed recognizable: a friendly, grown-up room where people could dance, flirt and belong.
